Hello www, It’s me! Who? Me. But WHO are you dear reader? The who’s who of who’s reading, namely you. Welcome to my blag blog.
Why blog? I am, to the core, social media shy. But I do like to write. Facebook? Yes I on occasion like this and I like that. My Facebook profile picture is a caricature I don’t really like but uploaded when I set up the account way back in 2008 and haven’t changed it since. The caricature is saying ‘grrrrrr’ as in grumpy. So maybe this blog is an attempt to become more engaged with the outside world. Hello World! Anybody listening?
So what is it about, this blog? I like to draw and be creative. I would like to share some of my creativity and talk about it. I also would like to share how I do what I do. That is if anyone wants to hear.
Here is a list of things on my mind. This is a to-do list of sorts.
Art, design, screen-printing, the state of the world, living in London, bringing up kids in London, The Kommerist Party Manifesto, being an unemployable designer in London, books, illustration, teaching, sketchbooks and so on and so fourth.
